At Oscar Plus Elevators, we design our Machine Room Less (MRL) Elevators with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and superior performance. Our compact and energy-efficient machines ensure smooth and safe operation while minimizing energy consumption. With advanced control and drive system technology, our MRL elevators are perfect for low to medium-rise buildings.

The Permanent Magnet Synchronous (PMS) Gearless Drive unit is installed inside the shaft, eliminating the need for a traditional machine room, significantly reducing construction costs and providing architectural flexibility.

With a speed range of 1.00-1.05 MPS and a capacity of 6 to 20 passengers, our MRL elevators are designed for modern infrastructure, offering seamless vertical mobility.

Key Features of MRL Elevators

1. Over-Mounted Main Engine (Standard Type)

The main engine is installed in the space between the shaft top car and the elevator shaft wall. The control cabinet is positioned beside the top lift door, ensuring easy access and simplified maintenance.

2. Eco-Friendly Traction System

Our PMS Traction Machine is lightweight and compact, weighing half as much as a traditional traction machine. This enhances construction efficiency, increases space utilization, and minimizes the structural impact of the machine room on the building.

3. Compact Control Cabinet

We use a special-purpose, ultra-thin control cabinet, custom-designed to optimize shaft space and enhance the building’s efficiency.

4. Energy-Efficient Car Lighting

Car lighting accounts for approximately 40% of total elevator energy consumption. Oscar Plus Elevators integrates long-lasting LED lights instead of traditional halogen lamps. These LED lights last 10 times longer and save up to 80% in energy costs.
